Start with the real problem
I begin by listening closely: to users, business constraints, and the small moments where a workflow breaks. The best solutions come from understanding why something matters before deciding what to make.
Make complexity feel calm
I care about reducing friction without removing depth. Good design should help people move through a product with confidence, even when the system behind it is complicated.
Design for trust, not decoration
Visual polish matters when it supports clarity. I use hierarchy, copy, motion, and detail to make interfaces feel credible, useful, and easy to return to.
Build accessibility in early
Accessibility is not a final checklist. I try to consider language, contrast, structure, states, and edge cases from the beginning so the experience works for more people by default.
